In 2016, Agile Thinking was asked to undertake an independent review of the business plans and financial modelling for a sustainable energy business in Nigeria seeking private equity financing. We provided suggestions to increase the likelihood of business success and attractiveness to investors.

China

Continuing on work performed together for a China-based client in 2014, in 2015 Agile Thinking renewed its partnership with C.A.S.E Advisory Services.  Together we examined the microeconomics of China domestic consumption, labour markets and commercial opportunities in the growing healthcare sector. This was used to develop competitive strategy and two valuation models
